Chief Operating Officer

PracticeHwy/eIVF is looking for a dynamic and visionary leader with substantial management experience in IT,healthcare and preferably fertility, to serve as our Chief Operating Officer.  During our 18+ year history, eIVF has steadily increased market share and to date has been utilized in 1,000,000+cycles.  We are looking for someone with proven success to leverage their expertise to support our continued growth.

The COO will be an integral member of eIVF’s senior leadership team and will oversee and direct all operations, which includes building a greater process of standardization and strategically implementing best practices.  In addition, the preferred candidate will have strong operational, fiscal, and leadership skills, as well as, the aptitude to operationalize a vision.

A critical skill set the ideal candidate will have is the ability to effectively communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, practice administrators and clinicians.  The COO will also need to be hands-on, lead by example, and motivate and collaborate in a team environment with a diverse group of colleagues.

Skills/Knowledge/Ability:

This solutions-focused leader will have a Master’s degree with 10 years of leadership experience and must be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated leadership accomplishments in the overall improvement of financial and operational performance of a healthcare and or SaaS organization.
- A successful track record of acting as a change agent within a company.
- Strong business acumen, quality, and metrics orientation.

Implementation Specialist/Account Manager

PracticeHwy/eIVF seeks an Implementation Specialist/Account Manager to provide customer service and technical support relate to clients for our Electronic Medical Record software applications used in fertility clinic.  You will be working closely with our clients, the eIVF Support Team and Developers to improve our client’s experience. 

Responsibilities Include:

- Assist with implementation of new clients
- Triage incoming client questions/issues and ensure they are tracked until completion
- Manage routine client support activities and resolution of routine to complex client issues and request
- Work with the development team to identify and implement any areas improvement and/or best practices
- Provide project management support for other projects as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Strong analytical, planning and multitasking skills
- Ability to develop and maintain deep expertise of PracticeHwy/eIVF products and best practices
- Customer Service oriented, detail-oriented, professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer Success Specialist

PracticeHwy/eIVF seeks aCustomer Success Specialist to provide customer service and technical supportrelate to clients for our Electronic Medical Record software applications usedin Infertility Clinics. You will be working closely with the users and developersto improve our client’s experience. 

Responsibilities Include:

- Provide EMR software application support to end-users
- Respond to e-mail and telephone support requests
- Remotely connect to user’s computer, determine minimal use-case to recreate issue, solve issue if possible
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving problems

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service
- 1-year experience in a Fertility practice is preferred but not required
- Computer and Internet literate
- Motivated and willing to learn technical skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Excellent follow-through with minimal management

Support Specialist - Billing

eIVF has an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist to provide training and technical support related to clients of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software applications. Our EMR and Practice Management Module is implemented in over 140 Fertility Practices and Clinics. You will be working closely with the users and developers to improve our client’s experience of our product, as well as training our clients improve their current workflow.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fertility practice and preferably have hands-on experience with eIVF.  

Responsibilities Include:

-Research and resolve end user billing questions and conflicts
-Training andimplementing billing module in eIVF EHR system.
- Provide excellent customer service skills both in person and on the phone.
- Test and troubleshoot new upgraded enhancements and updated releases.
- Identify open help desk tickets to determine issue (billing, training, user workflow issue,or software fix).
- Train new or existing clients on the EHR billing module.
- Provide training onsite or remotely as requested by clients.
- Works with internal partners or Sr. Support Specialist on escalated/complex tickets.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 5+ years Medical Billing and Coding experience
- 5+ years’ experience in preparing, reviewing, and transmitting claims using billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing.
- Experience researching appeals and denied claims through an EMR software. 
- Familiarity with claim forms such as UB04 and HCFA 1500.
- Experience working with work with a clearinghouse.
- Billing & Coding certificate preferred

IT Support Specialist

eIVF/Practicehwy.com seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support relate to clients for our Electronic Medical Record software applications used in Infertility Clinics. You will be working closely with our clients, the eIVF Support Team and Developers to improve our client’s experience. 


Responsibilities Include:

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Conduct needs assessment and troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation and recommend specific solutions such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, or redesign of processes and workflow
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Provide ongoing support for eIVF clients, troubleshooting and closing helpdesk tickets
- Responsibility for problem solving, assessing processes and issues, and collaborating with support and development teams to develop solutions resulting in efficient and functional workflows for eIVF end users
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems on local area networks (LAN) and data networks
- Perform other IT duties as a member of the information services department

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
