Support Specialist

PracticeHwy/eIVF seeks a Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support related to clients for our Electronic Medical Record software applications used in Infertility Clinics.

- Identify open help desk tickets to determine issue (billing, training, user workflow, hardware/software).
- Remotely connect to user’s computer, determine minimal use-case to recreate issue, and solve the issue.
- Respond to e-mail and telephone support requests rapidly and effectively.
- Serves as a “superuser” for all aspects of software (functionality, usage, configuration) and associated applications.
- Performs training sessions to end-users with varying levels of software knowledge.
- Works with Senior Support leaders to coordinate and execute communications around technology and workflow changes.
- Assists in identification of opportunities for process and quality improvement to software, patient flow, or clinic operations.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationship by exhibiting a professional and positive attitude.
- Increases the skill level of software usage of all users through training, shadowing and expert opinion.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service
- 1-year experience in a Fertility practice is preferred but not required
- Computer and Internet literate
- Motivated and willing to learn technical skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Excellent follow-through with minimal management

Key Accounts Coordinator

PracticeHwy/eIVF seeks a Key Accounts Coordinator to provide customer service and technical support related to clients for our Electronic Medical Record software applications used in Infertility Clinics. The Key Accounts Coordinator will focus on proactive outreach and engagement with eIVF clients to familiarize them with portfolio of eIVF products. They will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking issues/tickets through the eIVF ticketing system and will work closely with the Support and Dev team to ensure any issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.

Areas of Responsibilities
·       Serves as a focal point for customer problems, questions, or concerns
.       Liaises between the client and with the appropriate eIVF Team Member to provide timely and accurate answers for the customers.                              
·       Creates a rapport with clients, makes them feel comfortable, and updates them on issues pertinent to them.

Duties & Tasks
Single Point of Contact for the practice who:

·       Builds and maintains strong and trust worthy relationships through proactive outreach to Super Users including clinical, admin, key decision makers and lab
·       Manages routine client support activities and resolution of client issues, requests and tickets ·       Assists practice with staff training on eIVF
·       Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs, which includes communicating with clients on any new products, features and build updates
·       Initiates measures to research and resolve client issues
·       Clearly communicates the progress of issues  
·       Identifies areas of improvement within practice
·       Enhances our Facebook/Social media user group to involve our passionate users and expand our online community
·       Augments to our existing training, continued education and how to videos to reduce support issues   

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
·       Strong analytical, planning and multi-tasking skills
·       Ability to develop and maintain deep expertise of PracticeHwy/eIVF products and best practices 
·       Customer Service oriented, detail oriented, professional attitude
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·       Strong problem-solving skills, ability to address customer needs and make sound decisions
·       Must be a motivated self-started with a proactive personality who is able to work independently or with a team
·        Work Ethic, Self-Motivation, and desire to succeed
·       Proficient at Microsoft Office(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
·        College degree or higher
·       A minimum of two to three years of healthcare experience; Fertility experience preferred

WPF/Desktop Software Developer

The WPF Developer is responsible for full life cycle of software systems for all new development and enhancement projects. The key functions of this role include developing programming code from technical specifications, troubleshooting and debugging existing code, testing programs and fixes to ensure quality and providing programming and technical support.  

Responsibilities Include:

- Provide support to the design, development, and implementation and maintenance of eIVF software.
- Implement performance and quality modules.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs. Devise solutions to these problems.
- Help to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Update and expand existing programs.
- Debug programs by testing for and fixing errors.
- Understand the full details of what the software is required to do, and what functions the end user needs to make the software more user-friendly.
- Designs, tests, and develops software to meet the end users’ needs.
- Develop a schedule for project completion and meet deadlines as assigned.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Must have at least 3 years of programming experience and at least 1 year of WPF/Desktop experience or Javascript C#.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management in both written and verbal form.
- Strong organizational skills and project management ability.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft.Net technologies including WPF/Desktop, C# (MVVM), VB.Net, also with an understanding of MVC, data analytics, ETL and SQL.
