Project Manager

Practicehwy.com seeks a Project Manager to be responsible for managing the project life cycle in support of key internal and external customers/stakeholders during the implementation of our Electronic Medical Record software applications used in Infertility Clinics. The Project Manager participates in complex decision making; developing implementation strategies, definition, scope, and software analysis; and, maintaining project plans and timelines.

Responsibilities Include:

- Manages full implementation project life cycle from kick-off preparation through implementation completion and transition to support.
- Supports implementation efforts, operational planning, execution, and evaluation of project across the organization.
- Leads implementation meetings and workgroup sessions.                                                               
- Manages vendor relations and performance during project implementation.                                  
- Contributes to the development and implementation of workflows and data flows.
- Works with internal teams and vendor to advance and resolve project issues in order to optimize results ensuring project execution and accountability.
- Leads team through project planning activities including conducting project team planning session, communicating deliverables, clarifying dependencies, leading issue resolution, and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Keeps implementation team engaged and accountable to meet project milestones.
- Communicates project goals, milestones, expectations, and outcomes through regular touchpoints, distribution of status briefings, and facilitating internal and external meetings. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects including all elements of scope, schedule, budget, risk evaluation, issue resolution, quality, system integration, staffing, and communication driving the process with a big picture analysis.
- Must be able to self-manage and prioritize daily schedules, work effectively in a collaborative style with internal and external customers, team members, managers, and executives.
- Strong ability to pro-actively identify and mitigate project risks, escalate and track issues to resolution, and creatively problem solve to find alternative solutions.
- Must be solutions oriented and have the ability to drive for results that add value to the project goals.
- Great communication skills, proactive/action oriented with superior facilitation and presentation skills.
- Must have an adaptive project management and communication approach that aligns with the needs of the project.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to input from project and project stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies and adapt to changes and demands of the organization.
- Effective problem solver, strategic thinker, and self-motivated.
- EMR experience is a plus.
- There will be minimal on-site travel during clinic implementations.

Customer Success Specialist

PracticeHwy/eIVF seeks aCustomer Success Specialist to provide customer service and technical supportrelate to clients for our Electronic Medical Record software applications usedin Infertility Clinics. You will be working closely with the users and developersto improve our client’s experience. 

Responsibilities Include:

- Provide EMR software application support to end-users
- Respond to e-mail and telephone support requests
- Remotely connect to user’s computer, determine minimal use-case to recreate issue, solve issue if possible
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving problems

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service
- 1-year experience in a Fertility practice is preferred but not required
- Computer and Internet literate
- Motivated and willing to learn technical skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Excellent follow-through with minimal management

WPF/Desktop Software Developer

The WPF Developer is responsible for full life cycle of software systems for all new development and enhancement projects. The key functions of this role include developing programming code from technical specifications, troubleshooting and debugging existing code, testing programs and fixes to ensure quality and providing programming and technical support.  

Responsibilities Include:

- Provide support to the design, development, and implementation and maintenance of eIVF software.
- Implement performance and quality modules.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs. Devise solutions to these problems.
- Help to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Update and expand existing programs.
- Debug programs by testing for and fixing errors.
- Understand the full details of what the software is required to do, and what functions the end user needs to make the software more user-friendly.
- Designs, tests, and develops software to meet the end users’ needs.
- Develop a schedule for project completion and meet deadlines as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Must have at least 3 years of programming experience and at least 1 year of WPF/Desktop experience or Javascript C#.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management in both written and verbal form.
- Strong organizational skills and project management ability.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft.Net technologies including WPF/Desktop, C# (MVVM), VB.Net, also with an understanding of MVC, data analytics, ETL and SQL.

IT Support Specialist

eIVF/Practicehwy.com seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support relate to clients for our Electronic Medical Record software applications used in Infertility Clinics. You will be working closely with our clients, the eIVF Support Team and Developers to improve our client’s experience. 

Responsibilities Include:

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Conduct needs assessment and troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation and recommend specific solutions such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, or redesign of processes and workflow
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Provide ongoing support for eIVF clients, troubleshooting and closing helpdesk tickets
- Responsibility for problem solving, assessing processes and issues, and collaborating with support and development teams to develop solutions resulting in efficient and functional workflows for eIVF end users
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems on local area networks (LAN) and data networks
- Perform other IT duties as a member of the information services department

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Strong analytical, planning and multitasking skills
- Ability to develop and maintain deep expertise of PracticeHwy/eIVF products and best practices
- Customer Service oriented, detail oriented, professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to address customer needs and make sound decisions
- Work Ethic, Self-Motivation, and desire to succeed
- College degree or higher
- A minimum of 2 years of IT experience; EMR experience is a plus
