Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for managing the project life cycle in support of key internal and external customers/stakeholders during the implementation of our Electronic Medical Record software applications used in Infertility Clinics. The Project Manager participates in complex decision making; developing implementation strategies, definition, scope, and software analysis; and, maintaining project plans and timelines.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manages full implementation project life cycle from kick-off preparation through implementation completion and transition to support.
• Supports implementation efforts, operational planning, execution, and evaluation of project across the organization.
• Leads implementation meetings and workgroup sessions.                                                                
• Manages vendor relations and performance during project implementation.                                   • Contributes to the development and implementation of workflows and data flows.
• Works with internal teams and vendor to advance and resolve project issues in order to optimize results ensuring project execution and accountability.
• Leads team through project planning activities including conducting project team planning session, communicating deliverables, clarifying dependencies, leading issue resolution, and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Keeps implementation team engaged and accountable to meet project milestones.
• Communicates project goals, milestones, expectations, and outcomes through regular touchpoints, distribution of status briefings, and facilitating internal and external meetings.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects including all elements of scope, schedule, budget, risk evaluation, issue resolution, quality, system integration, staffing, and communication driving the process with a big picture analysis.
• Must be able to self-manage and prioritize daily schedules, work effectively in a collaborative style with internal and external customers, team members, managers, and executives.
• Strong ability to pro-actively identify and mitigate project risks, escalate and track issues to resolution, and creatively problem solve to find alternative solutions.
• Must be solutions oriented and have the ability to drive for results that add value to the project goals.
• Great communication skills, proactive/action oriented with superior facilitation and presentation skills.
• Must have an adaptive project management and communication approach that aligns with the needs of the project.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to input from project and project stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies and adapt to changes and demands of the organization.
• Effective problem solver, strategic thinker, and self-motivated.
• EMR experience is a plus.
• There will be minimal on-site travel during clinic implementations.

HR Manager

The Human Resource Manager will develop and own a broad range of Human Resources strategies in support of a growing business across various states. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Staffing and Acquisitions. You will build upon and rely on your HR Functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical HR Principles with business objectives.

Responsibilities Include:
• Review and update Company Policies and Compliance requirements.
• Identify HR process improvement and automation opportunities that increase candidate and employee engagement and facilitate organizational efficiency.
• Conduct Employee Relations investigations, provide advice, counsel to HR and Business Leaders.
• Conduct research, and analyze workplace issues, interpretation and implementation of company policies, employment laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance on reporting and data analysis, including people metrics scorecards, diversity metrics, demographics, attrition and special reporting.
• Assist with acquisition support, due diligence, and integration of new business.
• Support Talent Acquisition efforts and strategies to fulfill key roles throughout the business

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of HR Generalist and/or HRBP experience
• 1+ yrs Talent Acquisition experience
• Good, solid knowledge of HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. Federal, state and local employment laws and trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are constant.
• Ability to connect well with employees of all levels of the organization.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters with tact and diplomacy.

Client Relations Coordinator

PracticeHwy/eIVF seeks a Client Relations Coordinator to provide customer service and technical support related to clients for our Electronic Medical Record software applications used in Infertility Clinics. The Client Relations Coordinator will focus on proactive outreach and engagement with eIVF clients to familiarize them with portfolio of eIVF products. They will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking issues/tickets through the eIVF ticketing system and will work closely with the Support and Dev team to ensure any issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:
• Serves as a focal point for customer problems, questions, or concerns
• Liaises between the client and with the appropriate eIVF Team Member to provide timely and accurate answers for the customers.                              
• Creates a rapport with clients, makes them feel comfortable, and updates them on issues pertinent to them.

Duties & Tasks:
• Single Point of Contact for the practice who:
o Builds and maintains strong and trust worthy relationships through proactive outreach to Super Users including clinical, admin, key decision makers and lab
o Manages routine client support activities and resolution of client issues, requests and tickets o Assists practice with staff training on eIVF
o Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs, which includes communicating with clients on any new products, features and build update
so Initiates measures to research and resolve client issues
o Clearly communicates the progress of issues  o Identifies areas of improvement within practice
o Enhances our Facebook/Social media user group to involve our passionate users and expand our online community
o Augments to our existing training, continued education and how to videos to reduce support issues

We are looking for a .NET developer who is proficient with C#. Your primary focus will be developing and supporting interfaces and interfacing components between our core product, eIVF and devices, peripherals and third-party systems in the health care sector. In this role, you will be required to coordinate the development, testing and deployment of interface projects through our implementation specialists, device vendors, 3rd party systems and our application development team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and maintain interfaces using .NET, 3rd party APIs, RESTful web services and connecting through various protocols, such as TCP/IP.
• Develop Open API RESTful tier in core application for any new or enhanced capability.
• Develop and maintain API library through Swagger API.
• Build scalable and reusable components and back-end libraries for future use.
• Provide unit and test automation as part of normalized SDLC development workflow.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• 5 years development experience using C# .Net
